- 4Synergy confirms what can be reviewed and discusses possible next steps. A call is not a guarantee of admission, placement, coverage or payment.
Consent and Referrals
No referral may be presented as guaranteed. If Synergy cannot accept a plan or meet a person’s needs, Synergy may, with the person’s consent, refer to an appropriate provider. Consent belongs to the person being referred, and it is asked for before information moves anywhere.

Insurance
Insurance acceptance depends on the person’s plan, the service requested, eligibility, and current availability. If Synergy cannot accept the plan or meet the person’s needs, we may, with the person’s consent, refer them to an appropriate provider. A referral is not a guarantee of admission, coverage, or payment.

- How is eligibility for that service confirmed?
- What information is needed for a next step, and how should it be shared safely?
